If your child is currently enrolled in the Center please check out our Parent Portal where you will find some useful forms including forms for drop in, medication authorization, parent participation, newsletters and operations updates. You can also find the Parent Handbook where you should be able to find answers to questions about our health policy, center closings, scheduling options and more. And if you don’t find an answer to your question email us or drop by the office, our door is always open.
